Dena Saslaw Schwartz - Level 2 ACEP class Polychromatic

The subtle color differences when stamping with inks from the same color family are just amazing.  Once I started to create this card, I didn't stop until I had five cards with five colors.  I chose the colors of cardstock, one for each primary and secondary color of the color wheel.  I used two of the Garden Treasure stamps from the set for each card, the outline and one of the shading stamps, and repeatedly stamped the image to cover the panel. Once I stamped the flowers, I filled in open spaces with a leaf stamp from the set.  I die cut the YOU die from the Bold You set at the top of each panel and again cut the YOU from white cardstock to inlay the word in the panel.  To complete the message, I die cut the word thank with black cardstock and a shadow from vellum.  I adhered the thank to the vellum and to the panel.  To complete the card, I adhered the panel to a piece of foam, 4 x 5 1/4 and adhered the entire panel to a card front.
